Cotswold Way - Section 9

A long day on the trail today, walking Section 9 of the Cotswold Way. The route took us from Painswick to Selsley Hill - somewhere in the region of 14km to 18km (sadly my route planner app malfunctioned). Beautiful scenery, including a vineyard, majestic English oak trees and an amazing ascent up to Selsley Common!

Huntley Hill Wild Camp

I’ve spent an amazing few days wild camping in the woods near May Hill, Gloucestershire with May Hill Woodlands. The whole area has beautiful mixed woodland with far reaching views across the Severn Vale, the Cotswolds, the Forest of Dean, the Malvern Hills and the Welsh Mountains in the distance! Plenty of hiking and just cooking, carving, reading and lots of chilling in the woods! Perfect...

East Prawle, Devon

We spent part of our summer camping in East Prawle, the most southerly point of beautiful Devon. Including getting through a 60mph storm overnight in our Bell Tent, we had a filled week hiking, cooking, going to the beach and visiting local towns. The coast is pretty wild in some areas, great to be near the sea!
