Class XI and XII have been working on a Relief Carving during their Woodwork lessons. The brief was to make a carving spread over 9 panels (totalling 3 m x 2 m) with a Olympic theme. The panel is to go onto the sports hall of the school. Key aspects of the work was to learn to carve consistently and to try to aim for a similar style of carving. Lots of stamina required...
