This afternoon I set off for a trip to the Bannau Brycheiniog National Park in the south of Wales with the aim to do quite a bit of hiking and to summit a number of Nuttalls (mountains over 610 m elevation with a minimum prominence of 15 m).
The trip also doubles as a test on how well TTK (my 1972 Series III Land Rover) is going to cope. I’ve kitted the Rover out to sleep in and I have plenty of food and water to keep me going for a while. It’ll be an adventure…
